What is The Contract Length?
A. There are NO CONTRACTS for services that do not qualify for our $2000 Grant. . We understand that most sporting clubs / swimming pools only require machines for their season. Once you have finished your season, we can arrange pick up and we will return the machines at the start of the season again depending on your location.
Is delivery of the machine included?
A. Yes! Delivery, installation and training is all provided, at no cost.
What if the machine breaks down?
A. In the case of a 'Machine Fault' breakdown, you will be able to call your area distributer to arrange a time to repair, at no cost to you!
How many machines can we have?
A. You can have as many machines as you need!
What are the costs for the food products?
A. There are no additional or ongoing costs for this. It is all included in the agreed price to the consumer plus GST.
So what does it cost my Business / Club / School upfront?
A. There are no upfront costs. In most cases, you can be eligible for a $2000 Grant!
What are the costs for Servicing?
A. Servicing is all included. There are no addidtional/ongoing costs for this.
