HOW IT WORKS

The Agency for Vending will find and locate suitable sites for a range of dispensing or vending machines. They will set up the machines within the site, supply the initial stock for the machines, and provide training to the site staff on the daily operation of the machines.

When a suitable Investor/Distributor is found, Agency for Vending will then sell the business attached to the site, which includes the machines and the agreements with the sites.

Responsibilities of the distributor will include supplying stock to the sites so they can refill the machines; check the machines for any maintenance issues and invoicing the sites for the distributors share of profits.

It only takes the Distributor an hour and a half a week to maintain their machines and replace stock at their site location, which can be achieved in the evenings and on weekends. This allows the distributor to still maintain full or part time employment.

Sites are responsible for refilling the machines on a daily basis. 

The Agency for vending put a lot of effort into selecting the right locations and always locates the machines in high volume sites. They assist all new operators into their business. The distributor is not tied in any way to The Agency for Vending, after the initial investment. The distributor owns the equipment, and is extensively trained in all aspects of their new business, therefore becoming completely independent in running their business.

The Agency for Vending makes bulk purchases of the packaging and stock. This translates to better buying power for the distributor, however the distributor is not obligated to purchase their supplies from The Agency for Vending, but prices will be favourable for them.
